License
Declama is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add details about Declama Pro. If they conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails.
Declama Pro
- Your first take and its full analysis are free. Recording more takes, Take 2 comparisons and the daily warm-up require Declama Pro.
- Pro is sold as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and are charged by Apple to your Apple ID.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Free trials and introductory prices. If an offer includes a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. If an offer has a discounted first period, the regular price applies from the second period. A free trial or introductory price is available once per Apple ID. The app shows the exact dates and amounts before you confirm.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- We may change prices for future periods; Apple informs subscribers of price increases as required.
Not a medical service
Declama gives feedback on speaking skills. It is not speech therapy and does not diagnose or treat any condition, including stuttering. If you have concerns about your speech or voice, please talk to a qualified professional.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Declama is provided “as is” and we are not liable for losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
